Capt. Zubair Abbasi has been a Master onboard ships of various Nationalities for over 30 years. After graduating from Pakistan Marine Academy, he started his professional career with an Australian Company and gradually scaled various ranks in Companies with their offices mainly in Far Eastern region (Hong kong, Singapore, Malaysia) and Pakistan. Capt. Abbasi worked ashore for a few years running a Shipping Agency for a Weekly Container Liner Service to Pakistan for CMB and also Unicorn Lines with Premier Shipping Services Pvt Ltd (under Marine Services Group) working as General Manager and Chief Executive. Capt. Zubair Abbasi is also a Nautical Instructor in Maritime Training Institute in Karachi and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Managerial Accounting & Business Finance as well. He is a professional mariner with a comprehensive knowledge of Maritime & Port facilities, SOLAS, ISPS, ISM, STCW, MARPOL, Class requirements, P&I and a mastery of Vessel and Port Terminal operations.
